I bring extensive experience in the negotiation of a wide range of trading documents. Since 2016 I have enjoyed working in partnership with client in-house legal teams, to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
I draft and lead negotiations for a wide range of trading and derivatives documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Documents (including Variation Margin and Initial Margin compliant documentation), Clearing Agreements and ancillary documentation.
I support the Client Relationship Managers, serving as a key contact for the team and clients.
